This app was impossible to use. first it wouldn't let me log in. When I finally got in it wouldn't show me my tickets. I called customer service and they suggested using the browser on the phone and going to the website. I the end I went to the ticket booth and had them print out tickets for me.

So far, so bad. I can't log in to get my ticket loaded on my phone. I ask for a password reset and I'm still waiting for the reset email after three days. Seems like the app is very Buggy.

I was able to attach my Ticketmaster account weeks before the race, I was able to show my ticket at the front gate with ease. I did not use any other functions in the app, just used the mobile tickets to get in the front gate.

My tickets don't show up when logging in to Ticketmaster in the app. My tickets do show up in the browser when I log in there. Still, app says I have not purchased or received tickets for the event. Utterly useless app.

After we open the app, we are directed to Ticketmaster. But when we try to login to Ticketmaster, they can't support my cell phone number (or my wife's number). So.... Can't get my mobile tickets!

This app is the worst app EVER! Don't buy Nascar tickets with this! Don't allow this on your phone. Uninstall immediately!
