App doesn't work properly. It just tells me my phone has no internet when EVERY other APP ON MY PHONE WORKS PROPERLY AND HAS NEVER SAID THAT! I'm on the Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra 20. I've erased the cache/data from app & even did a force stop. Then deleted app and restarted phone and downloaded it again. Still the same every time I try manage my tickets and go to sign in to Charlotte Motor Speedway to view them, it says I have no internet 😂. I've tried on mobile 4G & 5G towers as well as wifi.

Always friendly and courteous staff. We always have a good time. The new upgrade with the stands in front of your seats for your food, drinks, etc is a great addition and convenience.

This app sucks. I have paid for a ticket over the phone and installed the app but no ticket appears. I have never missed a race at ZMAX but it looks like I won't be able to attend anymore because they make it too hard to get a ticket.it

I can't find my tickets!! This application is extremely hard to use for ticketing. The help screens are out of date or don't work for a Samsung Galaxy S21 phone.

It did NOT work for Bristol and it is NOT working for Charlotte. Give me a ticket. I saved them. I was there. This is time consuming and out rite sucks big time. What are you I to do? Bristol I missed races I paid for that others got to watch for FREE. I paid for the 600 and Ticketmaster has no record of it. Infield and ticket paid in full. Well??? October is also paid for. You have control of my money. I would like to get the service without having to beg for it. This is getting old.
