Couldn't use the app, kept getting I needed to enable the browser within device setting's. Don't know what browser it is wanting turned on as I won't enable the factory installed web browser if that is what it's wanting! I use multiple other web browsers depending on what site I'm going to and if it will work with that site or not. Even the guy from Bristol motor speedway had no idea what the app was wanting when I called about my tickets I had bought and couldn't get to, due to this issue.

After downloading app, cannot access tickets, error message "unfortunately the Bristol app stopped working" this has occurred for an extended amount of days. Reinstalled the app and same error message. It appears I'm not the only person having issues. Help!!

Ridiculous. Im signed in on the app and when i try to get my tickets it says i have to go to the app !!! IM ON THE APP ! Also, on an android you dont have the options it tells you to choose to get your tickets when you look at the instructions on the app. You cant get through on the phone either.

Horrible App with ZERO VALUE. I bought tickets and they aren't showing on the app. If you can email me to tell me to download and app to get what I paid for..you can just as easily email the ticket. If I have to pay again tomorrow I'm gonna be one angry individual. Again-USLESS APP.

This had always been on my bucket list. My husband is in a wheelchair. After the Thursday night race, we were told we're to catch the tram. We were given the wrong information. After having to go down another 3, we came to a building. We were given a number, then they proceeded to chew us out. 3 other people came up and they too were chewed out. Customer Care goes a long way.
