very poor UX. Difficulty reloading card (error occurred). Can't combine card balance and another payment method for the difference. Cart button is specific to the order page and clesrs if you go back to the home page forcing you to rrdo the entire order. Clicking order online takes me to a random restaurant and there's no "locate me" button. App already has location access and should be able to find nearest location to me.

Online order didn't work The map screen to pick a location does not come up, and search feature does not work. I ended up calling instead. Because I called the order in I could not get app rewards.

doesn't work at all. map won't load, search box on map does nothing. and it seems like you can't order anything without the map working. i ended up phoning my order in instead

App is terrible. Bad interface, hard to navigate and order (hit back and it removes the cart items). Saves credit card info but you still need to enter everything again every time (?). Rewards straight forward and cannot be applied directly to the order. Tried to pre- order and got a 30 min wait time. Not a particularly busy time, Sunday at noon. It's faster when I go in store to order or call in.
