Spirit has the lowest prices and you get what you pay for, I am ok with just flying to my destination without being treated like a VIP, I get on plane, sleep, get off, why pay extra if I don't need to? I don't understand why others complain so much about Spirit when they have other choices but if they want to save money they will have to sacrifice something. it is like buying a lower model car but complaining it is missing luxury features...

I haven't flown with them yet or boarded the plane. However the problem for me is they nickel and dime you a lot. I believe I would have a better experience if I had at least one checked bag that came with my ticket. Other than that spirit is okay with me.

Good job Spirit team. APP was super easy to update my TSA info and reprint the boarding pass bc I forgot at time of purchase. Flights has been on time as well. Good job team.

Awful service, flight delayed 4 times. Was told I'd get meal ticket via email. No agents could help me after no email. Horrible service

Decent app, but very slow. Takes a long time to load my ticket. Great for booking flights. Screenshot your ticket and don't rely on app

Have to provide my confirmation number to find flight right after purchase which was very inconvenient. I am also frustrated the I only saved $4 on a $280 flight after spending $69 to joining Spirit saver.
