Was great for a few months until the latest android update. I'm using a Samsung galaxy A40 and now I can't use the app at all. It keeps asking for a 4 digit pin for Bluetooth pairing and it won't work whatever pin I put in. Got a few bike parks lined up and now when I'll probably need it the most,I can't use the app to change settings on my bike. Any help would be greatly appreciated please!

Can't get past the accept updated terms page. The accept button doesnt work. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted none of that helped. Can someone at specialized fix this please? I couldnt find anything in the support/ troubleshooting/known issue pages on the Specialized website either. Fix this and I'll revise my rating once i can actually use the app.

Firmware update glitch still not sorted. Getting really passed off with the app and lack of support. Piss poor support.

The app works very well and I never have disconnection issues. There was a period when I had many of the connection issues others are/were experiencing. It is important to ensure that all permissions are allowed i.e. 'no permissions denied'.

Pros: Does all that it's meant to. Connects quickly and adjusts on the fly. Request: Provide an 'off line' mode that allows access to app features while not connected to the bike.

Like many others I had connectivity problems. It turned out to be a fault in the unit on the bike and not the app (or my Huawei phone as Specialized initially suggested).
