I opened an old version of the app on my phone. A very polite message told that the version of the app had been retired. I was directed to the play store and got the current version. I logged in to make sure it was working--it was. Once check in began I simply opened the app, followed the prompts and it all worked seamlessly. I wish i could fly SWA for all my flights. LUV you.

My wife and I like Southwest Airlines a lot. Most of our air travel is done via SWA. The one best thing that would get that extra point is that it would automatically assign you a boarding number. It could be based on how soon you purchase your ticket (Purchase early - Board early!) Of course special considerations can still be given to challenged.

This app is really annoying. I would like to be able to view my boarding pass after I checked in without checking in again. As someone who does not use Google pay and has no intention of doing so, the save to phone feature is deceptive and frustrating. The least the app could do would be to provide a way to save a confirmation number instead of forcing a user to memorize it or look it up every time. All the other airlines I've flown seem to have managed this.

Southwest android app is Clear, Comfortable & easy to use. I appreciate the guidance. It can be frustrating trying to find the right flight... Southwest does it right and clearly shows the flight time, price and its easy to book or get in touch with an agent. I had to speak with an agent, Sharon, whom was very patient & helpful & very kind. One of the nicest people I've ever spoken with. I think Southwest does it right to keep their customers comfortable, well informed and feeling appreciated.

Southwest airlines have been extremely kind and very helpful to me over the phone. The flights are safe and quick for the distance. They have helped me book my flights almost every time. The flights seem smooth landings and take offs, and very easy moving through the sky. The flight attendants are sweet too, they provide safety first then excellent customer service. Thank you Southwest I will probably fly your airlines most of the time if not all the time.

Overall I love this app and southwest. But it drives me crazy that I can't save another traveler's info on my profile. Every time I buy a ticket for my husband, I have to type out his information and go look up his RR number and TSA number. So frustrating. This feels like a standard functionality on a booking site. Please make this easier!
