I am a bit dubious of this app. Because of some of the reviews, I double checked the times and temps this app recommends. On every one i checked, the temps were relatively similar to other resources. However, it appears the times in the app are 2 to 3 times longer than recommend by other resources. I do like the layout. It is EXTREMELY user friendly IMO. I am NOT going to uninstall this app. I believe it has excellent potential and i would like to see what the developers make of it.

Great App. I get confused why there is such a difference of cooking times when you enter in the thickness and then alternatively enter in the weight. For example, a bone in pork chop which was 1.25" thick showed cooking times of 4 hours for rosy pink. When I entered the weight 1.82 I got a cooking time of 3.5 hours. Which do you go with? Other than that I believe every possible thing you can cook in a sous vide is on the app.

A very nice and straightforward app with entries on pretty much anything you could sous vide. Only problem is the times seem longer than necessary. If there was a minimum and maximum time, it would be perfect. I'll still give it 5 stars to help balance the negative reviews because "it doesn't have any recipes".

total trash. worked once and that was it. here are the details. after purchase i was able to use app once. days later i planned to cook and needed detail time/temp. i would click on app after after choosing beef and the cut of meat the app would simply close and in would have to open back up only to have the same result. i would later have to reinstall to make work. i have reinstalled 2 now waiting that i may have to reinstall a third time.

Not a very good app for cooking things like steaks and back ribs. The minimum thickness for back ribs is 3.1 inches. Who has back ribs that thick. The same is true for steak. Also, would be nice to have settings for med-well meat instead of having to calculate the median between medium and well done.

This app has by far the most reliable recommendations for temperature and time. And there are so many categories that you can always find exactly what you need. I have not found any website, app or book that offers the same quality. Highly recommended.
