I was disappointed that, when I try to place an order on the app, I can't customize my sandwich to remove the tomato or change the shmear. I have to go with the sandwich "as is", no changes allowed. So there is no benefit to placing my order thru the app. Instead, I have to go to the store, which takes more time during my limited lunchtime. :(

VERY limited ordering options. Only a few of the bagels are available through the app, and only 2 of the 6 Gourmet Bagels are available on the app. In-store purchases have to be made to select the full selection of the menu. Orders cannot be customized; items cannot be added, changed or substituted. There is no option for iced coffee to select light ice or no ice. Cannot select the temperature of hot drinks, which are barely warm. Paying through the app has problems processing the request.

Not a good app for ordering exactly what you want. Doesn't show the entire menu to select what bagle to go with your breakfast bagle nor does it even show my favorite breakfast sandwich "the Farmhouse". Still have to order the traditional way to get your order the way you want it.

I shouldnt need to download your app so I can place an order for pickup. & then when I used the app, the search is terrible. I looked up shmear and couldn't find it. It was under "bagel boxes". When I MADE THE ORDER and put in my info & everything, it popped up a full page dialog that looked like a promotion or something so I clicked x. Nope, that was my order confirmation. When I got to Noah's for pickup, I realised that x had cancelled it. I left, screamed, & got donuts at a local shop.

I appreciate the ability to place an order directly with the restaurant, but the lack of a system to take orders truly ahead of time is frustrating when I'm planning ahead. Note the 'order ahead' option is only available for same day pick-up.
