Don't try and use the app right now, I tried to use it and after entering in my card information 10 times and placing 10 orders nothing happened (the app kept crashing) even though the bank was authorized 10 times and $10 got removed from my bank, $1 for each attempt. Now I'm $10 poorer and I still don't have breakfast

Ordering from the app should be the same as in store. Why can't I order a different bagel with my sandwich? Doesn't make sense. Also ordered the veggie out for lunch 5 times and every time it's different, how hard can this be?

I wish I could use this app to order ahead. The app menu is EXTREMELY limited. We always get the Baker's Dozen. The app does not allow you to pick which bagels and/or shmear you'd like. This renders the app utterly useless.

You sent me an email for a Tuesday offer of $2.00 bagel $ shmeer, if ordered on the app... BUT there was no option for ordering bagel & shmeer for $2.00. Bad, frustrating, negative customer experience!!

You can't customize the bagel sandwiches. You can't customize the bagel boxes. I can't even pick my own tubs of cream cheese. Not a good app
