App won't allow you to select the types of bagels you want in an order of a dozen. This forces me to call the store and interrupt them as well as have to wait a long time for them to finish with their customers so they have time to speak to me on the phone just so I can place the order so it is ready ahead of time.

The limitations of the app are frustrating, as there's no way to customize certain aspects of your order. I should be able to pick the bagels I want when ordering a half dozen/dozen. I was hoping to use the app to avoid the lines and inefficiency of my local shop, but looks I'm stuck

I like the free coffee promotion for using the app, but there is no way to even request the bagel to be toasted, so I have to make the tough decision between free coffee or a crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside bagel, and I do not have the cognitive ability to make such choices in the morning

Update: app is still good, but I have had zero response from customer service about uploading points that have been missed I haven't had issues so far! Love Bruegger's. I don't use the preloaded function yet so idk how well it works. Customer service is great. If I forget to add points, I just need to email them a receipt. Although it would be nice to have an upload a receipt feature on the app itself.

I don't see all the menu items on the app! It's missing the light herb garlic cream cheese and onion bagels. Kind of a pain if I wanted to order ahead.

App let me order and pay at a store that was closed so had to request refund. App is hard to order from, some bagels missing so you can't order them with just cream cheese. When ordering a sandwich which should let you choose your own cheese there is no option to do so.
