No technical support, has country's listed that are not needed and you don't have options to make changes. That's only the start. They just set you up to buy an upgrade. And who knows how useless that might be.

When clicking the "+" the app will only let me search your DB. Can not enter barcode. If I uninstall and reinstall, then it will give me the options. Also, if entering a barcode, none are found. Is there a file missing?

Will not allow me to register - something about all answers must be a minimum of 5 characters and no spaces. Tried numerous times to no avail. Emailed developer in hopes of getting this fixed and raising rate. Until then, it was a waste of money.
