My aids are set to automatic at the moment with no individually selectable settings, but the app does allow me to change volume, check battery life etc. No problems connecting. I should add, after looking at a few hearing aid apps that some people seem to think these apps are universal - in my experience they are manufacturer specific. Why rate an app 1 star when you have downloaded the wrong app in the first place? This app is designed for UNITRON hearing aids, although it will work with Specsavers aids manufactured for them by Unitron.

This app has worked really well until recently cannot get past the privacy update on the opening page just LOCKS you out Uninstalled several times and reinstalled but won't recognize either of the hearing aids or go into the remote control app So all in all it's not very good

I can't pair the app with my device, because when I tried I spent about 5 minutes trying but it still didn't work. Which is a shame because I'd love to be able to use the app on my hearing aid. I have a Sony Xperia xa1 ultra which I have it connected with Bluetooth on but not the app sadly

I'd give this app a negative score if I could. Constantly quits working and have to Uninstall it weekly to get it working again. Awful. Find someone who knows what they are doing to fix this crappy app.
