Everytime I try to set my program, the App reverts to Bluetooth streaming! It constantly buffers when I try to adjust volume [it keeps circling] so I cannot split my hearing aid volumes! My Audiologist has tried as well, & it just doesn't work! I have brand new top of the line hearing aids & this is the only App that is supposed to work with them [volume, program changes, battery life, etc.] so I'm extremely frustrated! I need HELP! Please Help! I just want to switch programs & adjust volume!

App doesn't work right. Really regret buying the hearing aids. Phonak has dismissive attitude in my opinion when I contacted them. I see all these responses by Sonova. I wonder if anyone actually got their problem fixed. Also I found out that the app is so stupid that it also transmits every notification to you also. I was not able to hear people talking to me when the app was on. It really is not practical. You would have to keep it turned off and then ask people to call back while it turns

As a new hearing aid user I dont see the point in this app. If the hearing aids have the ability to use other program features, I think they should be automatically made available & not left to the audiologist to decide. Surely after the aids are programmed correctly by the audiologist, it would make zero difference to use the other programs if the consumer actually wanted to switch away from the AutoSense feature at times? Makes no sense to me why the programs are "held to ransom" (so to speak)

Connecting to my hearing aid should be a simple process but the app often fails to recognize the aid. The pairing with my phone itself is not an issue, just the app. I am reinstalling the app for about rhe tenth time in hopes it will connect. Once I get it paired in the app, it will usually "forget" my hearing aid. Forcing me to press buttons on the hearing aid more often which has led to a warranty return on the hearing aid for broken buttons. Rating would be 4 or 5 if jot for the pairing issue

For the 2 times it connected to my actively working aids there were a dozen time it wouldn't connect. I tried uninstalling app. Unpairing hearing aids and restarting telephone and then pairing aids and reinstalling app. Too much work for too little benefit since it still is not working. Not a useful app. Wondered why it had a rating of only 2.5. Not sure why it is that high.

The hearing aids are awesome! This app is not! Ugh! Won't connect to hearing aids reliably. More often than not it will not find my hearing aids. It will just continue spinning. Response to their response : Our phone (like many, many others who have complained about this app) is supposed to work with your app. It will connect...sometimes...But MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, IT WILL NOT CONNECT. It works about 25% of the time. Not acceptable.
