Works great! Continuous play, no interruptions. I had to call the toll free number in the beginning to get my phone properly paired during my last hotel stay, but I think it was the hotel's wifi connection causing the issue. Customer service was a great help. App and connection were great once paired. Will use again whenever available instead of local hotel channels.

didn't work. tried on two devices. I could connect but when I attempted to connect the passcode changed every time. did not work at all.
