I am not impressed with the difficulties experienced with android phones. Firstly, it takes several attempts to get the hearing aids to pair with the App; Secondly the service functions are not the same as the Phonak equivalent. Can't receive calls through the hearing aids. I I guess I will have to be patient and see if there is some improvement in later months.

I've had my Radiant 100s for a good month now. I'm using an Samsung S10, model SM-G973U with Android version 11 software on Verizon. The ASHA software is installed as is SoundLink 2, version 2.4.0. The stability is really awful with one or the other hearing aid dropping out in the APP almost every day. I've gone through the process of deleting the APP, resetting the wireless settings, reinstalling the APP, and putting the aids into pairing states. Usually it will originally find both, but as soon as I adjust the volume control on the Remote Control screen, one or the other will drop and try repeatedly to get it back online. It seems to selectively stay with which one it dropped first, for as much as all day. In this state, the aid that is stable will stream, but the other aid is just not there. Every once in a while, usually after I've given up on streaming for the day, it will become stable with both aids up and the streaming will work on both at once. As much as I would like to be able to say I know what has happened to get the aids to work as I expected, I can't. It is beyond me to understand exactly what it takes to get them into a stable state. It could be a software fault in the Radiant 100s or a problem with the SoundLink 2 APP, or even a problem with the Samsung implementation of ASHA. I will also say that I've not found a place to post this information aside from this forum. John

Works great I would truly like to see a user defined default for all volumes as the 16 start for the TV is very loud and it reverts to this each time I get a message or call

This is an update on my review. It was working but now I cannot log in. It says there is an issue on their end for the past 4 days. I miss the control of tones and also the % of battery life. Fix it please!

This app is hopeless. Aids randomly turn off and regularly refuse to sync. March 2021 and I've solved the frustrations by uninstalling this app. Hearing aid battery life has dramatically improved.

Newest update has screwed everything up. Woke up the other day to find out there's a new update. Now my hearing aids spontaneously disconnect, won't reconnect, won't respond to volume control, and takes forever connect hearing aids when batteries aee changed. Why can't we do everything that Apple users can do. I want to stream music and answer phone calls through my hearing aids.
