You have managed to take a perfectly good App and made it impossible to use. Great job!! It takes over a minute to get in, then it wants you to select a location which it couldn't find although I was sitting in the parking lot!! Then you have to login to order...if the App ever lets me accomplish this task I'll let you know as I've tried several times with no results yet!! Keeps saying Oops something went wrong! Yes I know....you updated the App!!!

App was great until they redesigned it. Now it takes three times as long to navigate. Additionally, the location feature doesn't update when traveling from one town to another. Rather, it defaults to the last location visited. I've now wasted 3 orders simply because I changed towns. Lastly, if you want me to tip your carhops, give me the option to do so AFTER they have served me. I don't tip a waiter at the beginning of a meal.

UI is a downgrade from previous versions, and the new screen flow / interface requires too many clicks. Another issue is that I constantly have to sign in again. When you get the chance, please bring back the previous version. Edit: Need to improve the location services with this as well. Had to roam around the parking lot of the last sonic for several minutes before the app agreed I was actually there. Did I mention that the new location services integration is horrible.

Since this is a mobile app, it is going to cause deaths due the difficulty to use the app. Yes, people shouldn't try to use the app while driving but they will. The app is now slower and requires more effort to make a selection. No question, the app is causing distracted driving by removing eyesight and focus while driving. It's unbelievable someone actually thought this upgrade was an improvement. Simple functionality is all that is needed, less is more in this situation.

This app sucks after the update. Sonic is going to lose a lot of customers. For one thing I couldn't even get the menu to load for me. I disconnects from WiFi and even restartes my phone. It sure is a lot of trouble just for a few drinks. Also the location has to be updated everytime you go somewhere different. What's going on Sonic? Are yall trying to lose customers??

Not working at all anymore. The app had always been a little slow. But its inoperable today. Takes several minutes to even launch. Gives error messages when trying to log in and setting location. Main screen only partially loads and then when you try to open any of the tabs, it says something went wrong and you need to refresh, but nothing happens.
