The app is okay but very buggy for covid screening. For example, it slowed me to schedule an appointment for 5 minutes from now, without taking into account that the office requires a virtual visit first, which means they need to call you first. The app went ahead and sent my appointment to me via email and text, neither of which mentioned the need for a virtual visit, so I showed up and got chewed out by the receptionist.

Latest version seems OK but every time you try to look at your insurance information on file it pops up a page that says "we are a little under the weather try again later". Fix that an I will up my rating. Today is April 19, 2021 and the app crashes and will not open. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still crashes. My rating is now 1 star! 04/25/21 downloaded again and same thing, it crashes. Uninstalled again. Still a 1 star for me. 05/06/21 still crashes! Uninstalled again. -1 star now!

Love this app! It has made covid testing and scheduling my vaccination super easy! I spent hours and hours going from site to site trying to schedule a covid test and again when trying to schedule a vaccination. Then I found solv! Solv helps you get your health stuff done in less than 5 minutes! It makes the process quick and painless!! Love, love, love this app! I have put it on my family's phones and tell everyone I know to try it!

Edit: Thank you so much for responding so promptly and making me feel at ease. I re-downloaded the app and haven't had any issues. All her info is correct now. This is a simple and convenient tool to make appointments and I shouldnt have gotten so upset and blamed y'all for having a panic attack lol. I obviously need to book an appt myself to a mental health specialist so that I can set a better example for my daughter. I changed rating to 5☆ Thanks again 😊

I hate this app. It makes me create a new profile and fill out all the same information for every appt. I have 5 profiles listed, all with the same info. Seems pointless and a waste of time.

Freaking lousy app. Keeps freezing up. I finisked all of the paper work on my end of the app and on the pther end in the office it shows that the paperwork was not finished. Horrible app. Should work beyter than this especially since it is a medical app.
