Hace años que buscaba una guía o método para aprender a meditar, pero los
que encontré eran muy caros y no estaban a mi alcance, además, no ofrecían
ninguna garantía. Hoy estaba leyendo un artículo de David Fischman, donde
mencionaba un estudio con un método basado en música, así es que le envié
la consulta. Para mi grata sorpresa, el mismo David, me recomendó esta
aplicación, y comencé a escuchar, primero las de menor tiempo, luego me
puse más cómodo y con música relajante para seguir con las mayor tiempo,
porque van subiendo de nivel - si se puede decir así. Una tremenda
experiencia, que sin duda pasará a ser parte de mis actividades permanentes
tanto personales como profesionales, tanto por su flexibilidad y
adaptación, como por su tremendo aporte práctico. Decir que me siento muy
bien es muy poco, la verdad es que me siento muy feliz y agradecido por
esta enorme contribución a mi vida. La recomiendo absolutamente, no me cabe
ninguna duda que el beneficio de esta aplicación ayudará a muchas personas.
