The app doesn't find my XE295 when I'm searching it with the Bluetooth option. The spirit fit app find it without any issues. So the problem is in this Spirit+ app. My device is Samsung S22 Ultra with the latest updates. Also the app is updated.

THIS APP SUCKS !!! I am a runner and a cyclist. But now that I have injured my shoulder I can't do either but I can ride my Spitit stationary bike without hurting my shoulder. I brought up the old Spirit app which I never had a problem with and it tells me that I have to update to the Spirit+ app I rode for an hour at 18 to 20 MPH and it showed that I rode 2 miles I think that's a problem..... Uninstalling and if this is the way they program stuff at Spirit I will never buy Spirit again.!!!

Pretty easy to use, thought it would communicate with Google got better but overall I like that it tracks my work out data on my phone from my treadmill and elliptical in my apartment complex gym.

Connect then doesn't connect then connect then doesn't connect and tells me that there's a new app to download was already downloaded won't connect sensor warning. Total BS.

Doesn't connect properly, doesn't save workout half the time, and the other half it saves it every few minutes as if it was a brand new workout, so 30 minutes on a bike becomes 6 separate workouts totalling 3 hours
