Complaint gets deleted after one week of pending. No response from a case officer. This is so disappointing! N.B I can still view the complaint on the FCCPC portal though.

I had to uninstall then install back for the fields to work. Then I submitted my complaint and got this email: Your complaint FCCPC/DSE/C/30436 has been successfully logged into the system. We are working to resolve your complaint swiftly. Only for me to TRACK a week later and the app says I have 0 complaints submitted. I don't Gerrit 🤷

I had to uninstall and then reinstall this app. Next, I used the login details I provided at my first installation. Afterwards, I was able to submit my complain supported with relevant shots - today. I really like the app's response. They even gave me a tracking #. Thanks for such a great app.

Complaints disappeared, No notice I submitted a complaint which I saw pending for about a week. Now it has disappeared with no feedback or anything. What is happening please? I read quite a remarkable testimony of how efficient this is. I do not want to be disappointed

I just downloaded the app now, on attempting to sign up it's telling me "Entry Exists". How is that possible though?
