100 % annoying bugware ! "Error, try again later" ; this is the most often message of this app when trying to login, when trying to activate card & set pin... How can I manage the card from an app where I can only randomly login ? Awful experience ! How incompetent can your management be at Sodexo ? Check the number or users reporting severe problems with your app, fire out the rookie developers team, hire professional ones or else give up and get back to paper tickets !

It takes long time to open and load the info. I had a TouristPass card in "to activate status", i pressed "activate this card", got an error that the card could not be activated, then my sold for that card resulted being 0 RON and then it was deleted completely from the app. App is super bad, totally disappointed!!

Most times app is down and unavailable, even after multiple "upgrades". You can't even see basic details like your ballance now. Super poor app. I do NOT recomend it being used for payments as you might not be able to. Always carry the card with you. I just wish it would be possible to go back to older version which was much more stable. What a trash app...

I just installed so called last updates. None of the issues reported from all previous reviewers were fixed. More precise: if you kill the app and reopen it again you will see 1. Wrong card data in comparison with previous login; 2. if multiple card are associated (dinner, tourism and gift), you can see 1, 2 and rarely 3 of them, of course with different data (number) for all; sometimes none of them are displayed (server error)...and so on. I'm not payed to test it. DON'T RECCOMEND.

On the short: much worse than old version, not accessible most of the time, not seening all cards enrolled and therefore not been able to make payments using the phone. I had to return to plastic card for doing payments! Very disappointed! Plese do something!

The purpose of this new app is to serve us ads - it's more cumbersome than the old one. Edit: now it doesn't work at all - it shows me the ads of course, but the balance and the wallet section are completely broken ("There is an error in our servers"). If I could give it zero stars, I would - it doesn't deserve even one.
