It took about 10 days to see results but thereafter it drastically improved my sleep quality and, hence, quality of life. On days I don't do the exercises or even do them too early my snore score is anywhere between 20 to 60. When I do the exercises within an hour of sleep my snore scores drop to between 4 and 10. Thanks very much to the developers, from me and my wife.

Great but what happened to the animation? Since a few weeks i just have still images. Tried reinstalling, no luck. Please help!

exercises work so well!! Use in conjunction with the Snorelab app, and in the first week the improvement in my snoring problem has been remarkable.

This is great app to improve sleep and diminish snoring. Set up reminders and can set to do double set.
