Not surprised at the low rating. Trying to find the shortest waitlist is impossible, as is joining from the list or map. Navigating the food menus is also a pain.

They force you to download the app to join the waitlist, which then asks for your bday, email, phone number, etc.. just a total data collection app. Awful awful

(0 stara) Just downloaded app & trying to sign up. I've filled in all fields & each field says "looks good". When I hit Sign Up button to submit, I get error message to Check my invite code and try again. Invite code?? Even IF I had one, there's no place to enter a code. I'm visiting my mother in AZ (from CO) & wanted to take her to Snooze for Mother's Day. It's not fair to make her wait over an hour in the hot AZ sun so just trying to join waitlist on app. App is completely WORTHLESS!

Really bad app I was 10 miles away from the restaurant, but was getting an error that it's 20.93 miles away, hence too far to join waitlist. I drove closer, but nothing changed
