This app started off great, but as of late I am literally unable to book a room through this app or online. It's loading forever until the error message pops up then I have to refresh try again, literally same thing over and over again. I've never experienced so much difficulty using any app in my entire life. It's beyond ridiculous. I've cleared the cache, re-download the app, and force stopped and restarted it to no avail. I'm extremely disappointed.

The Super travel experience is similar to using a vending machine in a stadium during a sports event, if everything works the way it should it's the cheapest quickest option but if anything goes wrong don't expect any kind of customer service and be ready to contact your bank or credit card company for any type of resolution. 2nd update: i ended up having to dispute the transaction through my credit card, this business has ZERO customer service. buyer beware

At first, I loved this app for hotel reservations. Booked a hotel, and it was by far the worst place to stay. I left and booked a second hotel with super. Within a few mins of booking I arrive my front dest could not find my reservation. Waited almost 2 hours, but still no reservation. My rewards expired within two weeks. Which I was never able to redeem.

It was working really well, I had earned over $40 in the first week or two, but something changed. First it started with the Ant Legion game not paying. I reached two separate milestones and when I reached out Super stated that I must not have followed the rules. I checked the rules, and had followed them. I figured it might be a one game fluke and kept playing. After some time I had earned roughly $90 from daily play. Now another game won't pay and the rules for challenges are not accessible.

I loved this app at first. It was My go to for hotel booking and I liked the super pay card and rewards and cash back. But something had been wrong with it. I literally had 30 in travel credits expire on me because the stupid app won't let me book any rooms. Oh also tried there website on the Internet. Still can't book..... What happened. Very disappointed.

I love them... But hate them sometimes. It's awesome that they have lots of money making opportunities built into Super services and now like others, surveys, games, etc earn money you can apply to hotels.... BUT I tried to apply super+ card to my booking & can't recall phone number I used to get it, so I had like 20 bookings I didn't receive credit for. my wife signed up,but "could not be verified" BUT THEY TOOK $15 fee upfront. I read no charge for 7days. refunding it. But still, lame sauce
