This cafe is not good enough. I didn't like the service. And there is no use of this app because if we tried to redeem the points that we got from the app they'll say like it's not available now , this offer will be available only after 10 days. Then what's the use of this app. There's no use for downloading this app.

This is not about the app but about Beer Cafe as a whole their business values and way of doing business. This was third time in a row during my last 3 visits at Beer Cafe that they said the less costly options in beer that are listed in their menu is not available and I was forced to go for much costlier ones and ended up spending over 5k for 3 people .. this is rediculous .. Beer Cafe does this on purpose, it it not ethically right .. a customer is put into a very uncomfortable situation, if he/she is with friends and is supposed to pay for the bill, you cant really get out of the cafe because its gonna be costly, whereas, the reason for selecting to spend the evening at Beer Cafe in the first place had happened by looking into their menu and prices .. Has anyone else experienced the same?? comment ..
