Apple UI guidelines in an android environment? 🤮 Please read the material design guidelines to learn how to make a properly designed app for the android ecosystem. Also, every time I open my phone it says "Network connection failed" Please fix this! So many bugs and glitches I don't know where to start. Please hire an app developer worth their salt.

Extremely disappointed in this app. Many smaller bugs that would be super annoying in themselves. But most importantly, the camera feeds drop on the app all the time (it's not the hardware, the internal feeds NEVER drop) and you continually have to "re-add" both/either the NVR or the individual camera feed you want to see. I'm using a full blown pro network and their flagship NVR. SnapAV (parent company) have been aware of these issues for many months and still have not done anything.

This app keeps going out. It's not as easy to use or not responsive when zooming in and out and you can Accidentally delete or move the cameras around. This app would be great if these things are fixed

Atrociously Horrible App This app is an example of the military personnel in Good Morning Vietnam, writing in about the polka music, "This sucks sweat off a dead man's balls!" I didn't get to choose the system I need to monitor; however, at the first opportunity, it will be changed out if only to get away from this disgraceful pile of manure.

Always has bugs with each phone I have upgraded to. Currently displays network connection error each time phone is opened.

I sell, install and configure Luma DVR/NVR's. They work VERY WELL, are easy to setup and the remote support from Snap AV is EXCELLENT. I plan to purchase Luma products for my own home. 1 key point regarding this app (confirmed via phone call to Snap AV) - you cannot remotely view recordings more than 24 hours old. WHAT?!?? WHY?!??! This makes no sense to me as a tech and user. Although the products are great I am very UNIMPRESSED with the app due to this limitation. Otherwise app is very easy to configure and use. Please allow more than 24 hr old recordings to be viewed remotely!!! Owners are sometimes on vacation longer than 24 hours and it would give them peace of mind to be able to see older footage without having to wait to get home.
