Terrible. They don't have the exact times for your booking experience with the salon, they don't communicate with the salon either. Just a waste if an app. I just want my credit card information removed from this asap. Don't waste your time like I did

It's sort of convenient but it does not allow you to specify the technician of your choice. It also does not connect your loyalty account points

Just downloaded, logged in & tried to enter my phone # to verify BUT every time I type 1 # it boots me to the enter code screen! Very Frustrating Already!! Maybe Someone Can Help, Perhaps I'm Doing Something Wrong...

I really like this app, but it doesn't feature the Bronx. It is useless to people who don't live in Brooklyn, Manhattan or Jersey. I really like the concept though.
