I have a Google Pixel 7 Pro. The cameras on the front are very spaced out and the flash is at the very end. There is a Camara right next to the flash but it defaults to the furthest one, and I can not get my flash into the box to properly take a picture. I am going to have to dig out my old phone which hopefully supports this app. I would appreciate the integration to pick the Camara I need so I don't have to do this. Not everyone has an Apple.

Great app very easy to use and scans are fast and easy. But the only problems I have with it are the restart section button sensitivity which socks sometimes and the notifications that sometimes don't appear until a day or two after the scan date has passed. Other than that it's good.

Full credit for function; it keeps me out of the orthodontist's office, but it needs a setting for age range. As an adult (almost 50 y/o) I'm not too interested in perpetually hearing that you're "so proud" of my commitment. I could have bought 2 rifles with scopes, upgraded chassis, bipods, slings, and ammo for the cost of this treatment. Of course I'm committed. The cartoon characters are annoying, and the medals are just silly. All relevant for a teenager but annoying to an adult.

The app won't recognize my wifi internet presence, so I can't use it. On top of that, when I tried to reload it I had lost my password, and when I try to reset it I get 403 error page. When I contact customer support, they give me the run around on "reloading" the app, and don't address either of my actual problems which do not stem from loading the app outside of the fact that I am trying to use it. Please fix this so I can give you a better rating

The app is really easy to use, the videos give you step by step process of what to do. If one of the scans isn't done correctly, it lets you know to do a better scan. Once it uploads, it sends them directly to the orthodontist for review, I enjoy the badges, I have a sense of completion

This has been an amazing app to use for at home orthodontist scans to keep up with any issues and progress in between regularly scheduled appointments!! It's so amazing for going back through all of the progress throughout my daughter's braces journey!! Highly recommend!!
