I am not being able to apply for maintenance. I am getting error after selecting location and area. And you can't get to anyone to speak to. There should be a call center number to receive complaints about the app!

I handed over my device for maintenence at khobar Extra on May 17th but they sent msg to collect it twice but it was not repaired/tested properly and now it is more than 30 days the device is not repaired and not provided even replacement upon request which is effect customer needs and demand. Thanks

The application never work and you cannot communicate with extra by the phone number given. This application shall be removed or changed. It is waste of time to attempt to do somthing here.
