I am experiencing poor/bad connection since 2020. I am using this since the 1st time I arrived here because it was highly recommended by my friend who happens to work here in HK. I was very satisfied for the 1st few yrs. using smartone cos it really worked well! But since early 2020 the connection sucks already! I don't know y? Yeah, I could change another sim but it's a hassle I have to provide again to my family & friends my new contact number! Hope u could fix this kind of predicament! Thnx!!

I don't know what's going on guys? I can't open all and it says to turn off WiFi and on the settings but it all same when I turn it off??? Is there something wrong on this app???
