App has changed multiple times but never once improved. I like the way it was before. We pay almost $1000 yearly and the MLS website AND app both look from the 80s. I've never paid so much for dues anywhere in my life and gotten so little for it. Waiting for the day someone breaks this mandatory monopoly and offers a search database for $49 or $99 a year. Something reasonable and rational. This app is annoying to navigate or search and then you have to relearn it every year when it updates.

Not bad but needs work. 1. You should be able to input the MLS# without having to go to advanced settings. 2. After inputting MLS# search results need to be accurate ( listings not being found on app but are active in the MLS is frustrating). 3. Have an option for No Hopa That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

You would think with the amount of association fees . MLS annual fees and every other fee under the sky. The Realtors Association would give us this app and allow us Realtors the ability to personalise the app to each individual realtor. Since they sure as hell know when a Realtors dues are due! We keep getting shafted. So a consumer uses it and they and they alone give the potential prospect to who ever they want on their list God forbid you are on the naughty list. Give this app to agent's

This is so hard to use in every way. Checking your own listings is like mission impossible. It is terrible, actually embarrassing that an MLS this large is so bad in the mobile version.

I havent been able to figure out how to look for a property by the MLS number. I dont see it offers that option and several times when I input the address the properties do not show up. The other app was way easier to use.

Easy to connect with realtors and most all information listed
