Now on my Note 3 it isn't changing the sound to the right thing. If it is on vibrate and I set it to charging profile which is supposed to be mute, it changes it to volume on. If the volume is on already it works fine.

I would have to echo the previous comment about the vibrate on profile change. It is rather annoying - especially when my morning profile is activated before my alarm goes off. The vibration occurs even if I uncheck 'vibrate on profile change' in the AudioManager settings.
