Бишкек. Район Америк.Посольства. Оставил заказ через приложение СмартТакси с указанием улицы и номером дома. Звонит оператор спрашивает где я нахожусь и как до меня проехать водителю. ?????!!!!!!! Спрашиваю а зачем же приложение с указанием местоположения на карте? Пару минут объяснял оператору как до меня доехать. Далее звонит водитель такси и задает тот же вопрос. Объясняю и ему. В итоге, отключенный телефон водителя и такси нет на месте. Потраченное время и нервы.
