System has to many down times Paying for camera never works. Occasionally. Customer service wants tech come out $89. New house all should be good. Tired of calling. Won't sign again. Keep calling can't see my blind dog when out. Been 3 years camera won't work. Customer service Rude camera in my contract must pay for it. Never Again. Will spread the word. Can't wait for contract to end.

I have keep Uninstaller app no picture from the camera. It will work. But when I try again it doesn't.

The cameras keep going down. No picture have to keep Uninstall and install app in order to see a picture for a couple of days.

This is not a good security system at all it freezes alot where it skips hours of video..can't get on app at times also cannot see inside or outside cameras video at all just can see if I hit on times tech came out said he fixed it..Rubbish

Been using this app for about a week now. Able to arm and disarm system from anywhere with relative ease. However, there is no option for audible indications when arming and disarming. Also would be good to get a notification (sound and/or pop-up) whenever a door is opened or a motion sensor is tripped. This should either match the setting on the panel or be separately programmable on cell phone (using the phone's notification tones). Clearly room for improvement.
