Loads very slowly stops working arbitrarily and zoom out stops working..I have a samsung gs4. I hate it worst investment I have ever done do not I repeat do not get this service this app sucks. Slomins techs can't keep up with upgrades to any android is phones either old or newer phone..Samsung phones are great . its slomins that sucks u can't monitor the home so why bother getting security system.

I got this so that I can see when my child gets home from school. It never works, I have deleted the app and reinstalled I don't know how many times still doesn't work, 3 years with my alarm and the app still doesn't work. This needs to be improved.

On my android you see portion of screen. Can't zoom out to see more. On my wife's iPhone its clear as day and can see everything camera is pointed at. Sup with that?! Fix!!!
