Credits are not getting added successfully. Worst app. It was good before when they don't charge for booking. But now they forcing the user to buy credits. when you buy credits payment will be successful, but it never get added to your balance. I dropped so many mails. They didn't respond yet. It's a bogus app

I filled all the details before booking. at the time of booking it took me to the login page and the pin got autofilled. But in the next step when i selected the date of journey ,it didn't go to the next step. i did wait for two minutes and close it. I did trust upon the app and scheduled my plans. all got ruined. please do fix the bugs in it and make it trustworthy 🙏

Thank you so much for this app. I could successfully book my tatkal ticket. But I faced few issues while booking - 1. The app didn't auto fill my card expiry date and CVV even after filling it earlier in the app. So i had to fill it myself while booking. 2. The app didn't fetch the OTP as it said it would. So i had to copy paste it. Apart from all this, the app worked really well. Congratulations to your team 🙂

The app after recent update is asking me to buy credits and showing pictures of auto, car, bus etc. Every time I click create new form, I am redirected to this nonsense. There is no way to skip it and there is no explanation for the credits. A lot of my tickets have been missed. Please let me know what is happening.

Worst experience, i tried booking today BPL to Jaipur 12975 which had more than 40 seats available in tatkal. App worked well till filling out train info automatically by itself and it was showing its time as 10:56am in this app but actual indian standard time was 11:01 am, it was showing booking has not started yet for this train. I refreshed number of times still same status till 11:04 am (in this app it was still showing 10:59). Finally I switched off this app and entered IRCTC app manually and checked the status and found that booking was going on as usual and had only 1 seat left to book. That simply means if I would have tried normally without using this app I could get my ticket as I wasted 3 minutes tatkal time on this app.

I'm using this app since last one year, but it couldn't give me a single confirm ticket yet. So many times it is showing on payment mode failure or at passengers name list "Gateway timeout". Please improve it, otherwise close this all time wasting applications. Dated: 21/05/2019 After updating the application, it became more horrible experience with it. Now, This stucks at date selection on IRCTC app instead of all details already provided in form page. Worst development by developer.
