The bus stop is not accurate, which makes me always miss the bus...Also, sometimes it won't show recommend route though I have more than 2 miles away from my destination. Really bad experience with it.

Its had to find a buggier app that so many people are dependent on. no UX thought at all. Remove the vavorite feature its so broken its just irritating that its there. I have to go back and use paper time tables to find my route.

Would have put 0 of it was possible.. goes for the app.. the service and the whole thing :)

Was working fine previously but the recent overhaul ruined the app almost completely by making it unnecessarily hard to navigate and by filling it with bugs. What is worse is that not a single update has been made since the overhaul, so all of these issues remain after months.

Quite rubbish. Just moved to Stockholm from Gothenburg, and comparatively, this app is really bad. It looks nice. But it's never updated with correct information, always shows the wrong time.

Very unreliable when buying tickets. Sometimes doesn't work and you are forced to miss the next transport because the app doesn't respond. Very good standard SL is going for!
