Completely unable to use the app since upgrading my phone. My husband has tried to use it on his phone - doesn't work at all. Same on my daughters phone. It has rendered the £14 lightbulb in my sons room completely unusable. I will try and seek an answer from the manufacturer but from other reviews I'm not holding my breath!!! Fuming. If I could leave no stars, I would!!!

Up until I updated my phone to android 10 it worked 95% of the time. Was functional, fun to use and easy to access. Now the app won't open at all on the same phone. Reinstalling the app dosnt work. It just closes. It's not bulb firmware. It an app comparability issue. Works fine up to android 10. Of your still on earlier android versions and need this to work do not update.

App doesn't open. Deinstall/reinstall does not fix this issue. I have updated bulb software using a borrowed apple device. Bulb is rendered useless as I cannot use my android phone. Developers clearly are not interested in updating the app. I imagine customer retention should be a priority for businesses like Veho considering there are many other competitors out there. One cannot help but lose trust in a company who clearly has no care for their customers.

It wasn't the best app before, but at least it was quite functional. Hadn't used it in almost a year but decided to use my led lights again - only to realize the app won't open and after reading other recent reviews it seems to be a known problem. It seems the company hasn't even updated the app since Apr 2019, so I guess this app has died. Does anyone know of another app we can use to control the LED lights?

Like so many others who used to love the Veho lighting app, ever since I upgraded my phone to Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, the program no longer works. I've tried multiple adjustments in my settings to get it to work, but to no avail. I've reached out to Veho for technical support but they never responded. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. This was once an amazing app. Now it's just junk.

Please sort this app out, I had to apply the settings again due to my strip being unplugged but the app is no longer working, I uninstalled it and reinstalled and keeps saying app is not responding, I paid £36 for this product and it's ridiculous that I cant access the strip to change the colours, if you have android dont bother as you can see by all the reviews they are not listening to their customers, how can they say the bulbs need updating when the app wont even open? Updated 2019??????????
