Your new app no longer accepts emails with "+" (plus sign) in them. It is a valid character for email addresses and needs to be accepted. Update the apps validation of data on the user ID field to allow. Read standards documentation before making these kinds of changes.

I bought 2 x PTZ cameras from Costco, and the directions say to download the app which I did. I am computer savvy and did everything right, but it would not send me the registration email. I emailed support and they said to make sure the password was only letters and numbers, which I did. That didn't work. I asked for more direction and other options, and I even tried another email Addy, but no joy. I will be looking for my receipt to take the cameras back to Costco.

The latest update has started draining my battery. It has a constant "running" notification, and if I force close the app I lose all notifications of doors, etc. Incredibly frustrating -- my choices are not knowing what's happening in my home or having to stay plugged in to charge all day. I've been using Skylink for three years now with minimal problems and this is honestly the worst update yet.

Really a painful app. I had hard time with garage sensor could not set it up, I have to return it. I tried setting up timer gives an error of invalid parameter. App have lot of bugs, really a bad app.

Was a great app, but since the most recent update the app never shuts down and won't arm (unless it has to override something).. it just thinks for a moment and leaves everything disarmed. Also would ideally allow users to change the size of the icons so you can see more sensors without scrolling. Will go back to 5 stars once both are fixed.

Why must we have a constant push notification showing? If I 'force stop' to get it to go away, I do not get notifications from my system. Please fix this!!!
