2 star I for the updates look of this app and its functionality. The App developer and the maintenance team lag behind a lot in the food delivery race. The basic features like account ownership and privacy is missing. We will never find a "Delete Account" option in this. May be this why "McD" & "KFC" has out performed everyone in the world as they understand the customer very well!!

They never give any promotion in the app. I have been keeping these app for long time. If you go to store and ask for 13 AED combo pack , they dont have that either. No store promotion work on fri , sat. This food vendor is only working on his name and fame

A scam . COMPLETELY . THEY PROMISE YOU 30% DISCOUNT FOR ALL ONLINE ORDER THROUGH THEIR APP FOR THREE MONTHS . ONLY ONE ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL. Burger King app has the worst customer experience ever. After raising many complaints, they did nothing about it at all. Here is what happened with me. I usually like to order my burgers with so many add ons. I select my meal and put the add ons, and place my order. Then I get the meal without the add ons at all. I later knew that the order received by the restaurant is totally opposite to what I have stated on the app. It happened to me 5 times, each time I complain, they do nothing to fix it.
