I love this app. So easy to use and keep track. I do wish, however, that there was a widget for the app. It is rather annoying to have to open the app every time, which gives me the tendency to forget to input my biting.

Success stories:
"I started to analyze my behavior and realized the triggers that would cause me to bite my nails. I found the biting was a nervous habit when I was socially anxious. I then proceeded to stop myself each time I brought my hands to my mouth when I got anxious. It was difficult re-training myself but with patience and time I now have strong, healthy nails."
"I've recently stopped biting my nails by first noticing when I was biting and consciously stopping. I allowed myself to kind of play with them but wouldn't bite. Once they started getting some white I saw how pretty they looked as a motivation to not bite."
