Without paying, you can only to download one limited region. There was no mention that it was a trail version yet one week later I'm getting a message to upgrade to pro in order to avoid losing features. The only fees listed for the US version are to purchase charts. This is misleading and simply dishonest. Fortunately I had not yet invested much time in setting it up or learning to use it. If you, the developers, decide on a more honest approach, let me know and i might try it again.

An ok app. If you upgrade your phone MAKE SURE TO DOWNLOAD your saved data. I didnt know this until after i did a factory reset and returned my old phone. The biggest issue i have with it is that the navigation doesn't follow you unless you're recording your track. Also, you're not able to search a location by entering gps coordinates.

This is one of the best apps of its kind. Do not hesitate to download it. The charts and upgrade are expensive but, not extortionately so and, not nearly as much as the equivalent Admiralty charts. Apparently some people have issues with accuracy. Have to say, I am an armchair navigator right now so, have not put this app to the real life accuracy test.

Adequate but lacks current overlays (like DeepZoom) and a function to print the charts (in the event of a program crash). This happened after a few months and I lost all the way points that I installed for a trip on the outside of Vancouver Island. So now I have to start all over. Very disappointing to say the least.

The maps on multiple lakes are extremely incorrect. One lake showed an area having a depth of 54ft, where there is an island! The map info is completely useless, as I've seen enough incorrect areas, that I dont trust any of the info anymore.

I haven't had any problems with the app and how it works in general the only problem I have had is adding devices to my purchased account and gaining access to the charts that I have now payed for so other that this is better than navionics and some of the other navigational apps I have used so far.
