The rates are great! However Skiplagged does not honor their rewards program. So I have accumulated over $240 worth of travel dollars and as soon as I go to use them on my next trip, I am told that I would have to submit a review on my account to make sure it's valid. It has been 6 months since I submitted a request and management still has not or acknowledges my submission. Skiplagged should honor their Rewards program or don't promote it at all.

Definitely my go-to app to check flight prices and book tickets. I remember the controversy around this app and I'm glad the developer(s) won against the airlines. A must have app.

Lets talk about how I have been emailing support with no success. I have had a skiplagged account for over a year. Worked towards acauiring my credits...then boom when I finally have enough credits to book a flight, BOOM nothing. Faulty advertising on this whole rewards thing. I would like to correspond with someone from Skiplagged.

This app is stupid😒 ..It gave me a total price for my trip and when I tried to pay the price they quoted for the whole trip... They split it in half so I only ended up paying for my departure flight😫 When I realized what happened I tried to pay for the return and in 2 seconds it shot up 2xtimes what it originally quoted me..😤...Im done with them before they even start to trying play with me😒👏🏾😩..#Refundme please

Decent! Wish there were more "watch this trip - like" features. Or saved your search history with more detail each time you check the app. Overall incredible app, I've recommended it to at least 15 people! Huge fan. You guys are absolutely brilliant.

I like the app. Although I missed out on a price drop because I didn't get adv alert to my phone. Please fix that for 5 stars.
