I just downloaded and had a look about. I prefer this as you can see the artist working on the art and can seethe development of details. The pics arnto always clear but you can see differences in tone. I find that helps me as a guide as i like to be able to see where the shadows sit.

This does not help one bit, you can barely see the steps, and there is very poor lighting! If you want a good step by step tutorial I don't recommend this one!
