One of the most inconvenient shopping apps. First, it lags a lot on even on powerful smartphone. Secondly, every time you want to check your orders, or make new one you need to sign in over and over again. This app is designed so that it does everything to make you not buy instead of otherwise. Look at Amazon, super easy, one swipe and your order is placed. Same goes for all gap brands under this app. Love the brand, but this app is most frustrating shopping experience period.

How this app even has 3 stars is a shock. It's not even a true native app. It's basically a web wrapper or shortcut to the BR website, but it's SLOWER and more buggy than using the actual BR website through a browser. List of issues: - The barcode/upc scanner NEVER works. - It doesn't remember login credentials so you have to sign in each time to view past orders. - Searching by the item name/number is slow and filtering results is even slower. - No fingerprint authentication!

Search doesn't work now. This app has never been good - but it's like every few weeks they find some way to make it worse. Weird cart flow (I just want to see it in my cart or a quick note - not a full page 'it's in your cart' - and then to press back to click the cart button), bottom sale banner doesn't ever go away, I can't see my time/notification bar in app, just bad ux overall.

Needs updating. Maneuvering through the app is very clunky. Long loading times, long response times, boots you out of the system easily. Those are a few problems. BR has great clothing but too encourage more people to get their credit card or shop through the app they will need to make their system more smooth running.

PAINFUL. This is the worst retail app I've ever used. - It takes FOREVER to load. I'm talking over a minute. Or, sometimes not at all. - The menu doesn't work. - The flow when shopping and filtering is horrible. You almost don't want to click on any item since you'll never get back to where you were shopping. So bad. Website sucks too but at least better then the app. Can't believe a major retailer would ever have an experience like this. It's too bad because I'm a huge fan of the clothes.

Fix it! Fix this app. The menu doesn't work at the bottom or the top. I always always always have issues with making my payment. Hope hard can it be too fix the menu. manage my account, or credit card button? Aren't you people programmers? Or do you just play ping pong all day?
