This app is terrible , I'd give it zero stars. I bought the same humidifier and it ran on the Hydrone system and the sound quality is superb. It worked so well, I thought I'd buy a second unit for my bedroom. I was shocked when reading the manual and it told me to download another app. The unit has gone crazy and I can't even turn the mist or lights on , keeps turn on and off. It even started making high pitched static noises and freezes. Just fix the app already please, so frustrating.

Horrible horrible app. The app makes the humidifier an expensive paper weight. I don't recommend it to anyone and tell people to stay clear of it. The app developers really need to get the app fixed and working properly.

I was so excited to get this diffuser and the app. The app is useless. My phone says it's connected, yet the app can't find my phone. Uninstalling doesn't help at all. Very disappointed and returning it.

App will not work so i contacted the company and they told me to send it back to where I purchased it. It only got delivered today which is rather frustrating. App downloads then cuts me straight back out, or I can get in click the + circle and device can't be found, yet music plays automatically. I would give 5 atars if only the app worked. With all these negative comments you'd think they would reply at least. I wish I was able to read these comments before purchase. Would've saved time & $$

App didn't work no matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled. Very concerning that an app that controls a humidifier needs my location and access to my photos... Seems there's been issues since 2018 too! Really, Oil Garden? Why are you still selling this "Smart" vaporiser when the app hasn't worked for over a year???

The iAroma App cannot find device. My phone is connected but the App is saying "no device is found". I have uninstalled and installed 3 times plus switched off amd unplugged from the power and the app still cannot find my device.
