Dont waste your time ot money. It has NEVER picked up an arrythmia or palpitation on me and I have them 5-6 times a day!!!!! The loop recordee was 2500.00 and my Dr charges $67.00 a month for 2 years to "read" the monthly report that doesnt record anything!!!!! It drops the wifi all the time too, everyday, and almost always during an arrythmia!!!!

Really frustrated! Went to go record heart "problem/issue" I was having only to find out that I had to reset up my entire 'account". Once I reset up my account and was logged back on... its seems there is NO history saved or available. I have a samsung galaxy note 9. Why wasn't there an alert? or something to let me know. Even more frustrating is that no support is available on a Friday Night... I have to wait until Monday! Not good.

I have had the implant since Oct 2020 and all is well, I think. My only issue with this app is when I start it at night before bedtime it already has a green check. The green check means it has "Your Cardiac Monitor Was Checked Today". Shouldn't it be unchecked every bedtime until the next day that indicates the Cardiac Monitor Was Checked Overnight??? As far as I know my Physcian is getting all the information this device gathers throughout the day, I'm hoping. Just a suggestion. 😊🙏😊🙏

Hate the app. Hate the device they implanted in my 8 months ago. Still hurts like hell. The app got deleted from my phone and nobody bothered to tell me that I was not being monitored for a period of time. You are supposed to be able to report symptoms. Yet chest pain is not one of the reportable symptoms. This device and app in the hands of those who are supposed to be monitoring stinks of gross negligence. I'm so sorry that I allowed them to make this choice for me. Wish it was gone.

I originally gave app a two stars due to my misunderstanding of how it operates. The Confirm implant and this app are not designed to send dangerous heart rhythms to rescue people. It records and sends heart rhythms to your doctor on a daily basis. As long as the app is open when it's scheduled to transmit (2:00am) or when it's booted up the next day, the system is doing it's job. If it spontaneously stops, I simply restart it so it's ready to use of I experience symptoms to send to my doc.

received a call 6/15/2021 telling me that they were going to send me a cell because the one I have does not send the reports and as of today 6/22/21 neither the cell nor a call
