I have had my cardiac monitor for quite a while now but this updated app just isn't connecting, at all! I have uninstalled and reinstalled, paired with my recorder but its still constantly losing connection, WiFi and Bluetooth are both on. I had to record symptoms this morning but I am unable to send them to my clinic 🙄🙄

I tried to setup the application but it says registration not found and confirm whether the information is correct and retry or call the St. Jude representative. But the calling timings are from Monday to fri from 8 to 3. Can you help me plz as it's really important.

Keeps kicking me out and I'm unable to log back in without calling the Merlin Helpline. My ILR was upgraded 3rd December and was working fine. Went to check it a few days after and it's asking me to set it up all over again. Neither the email address or phone number are mine to be able to get an activation code which leaves me needing to call Merlin helpline which is only open Mon to Fri between 8am and 3pm.

the app is awful. twice I've been to the hospital and twice it hasn't recorded any data, despite having never turned Bluetooth off or shut down the app **edit. After around 6 months this app has finally begun to work. Data is recorded much more easily, the device is storing data as it should be :)
