Map doesn't work, it's not showing where the driver is when he's picking up. Had a poor experience with a driver who charged me more directly on his card and customer support just sent the generic sorry message. I doubt they actually took some measures. To be honest, that last drive felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I was using this service quite a lot lately, and I need taxi rides many months to come, but I'll just have to switch to yandex. Shame.
